At age 53 DGD Elite Herschel Walker Told WFAN's Boomer & Carton that he strongly believes he can still play in the NFL. Some may say sure you can pops, sure you can.
"He's one of my all-time favorite players. Yeah, we have room for him, " Quinn said via the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. " For him, the legacy he left at Georgia... He'd definitely fit in great from a competitive standpoint."
I personally think he could probably play at this l
evel at the age of 53. Let's admitt it the guy is still a freak athlete. Most recently he spent time doing battle in the MMA ring. Plus, he's a legend. His pro stats wasn't that dominant, but what he did at Georgia was truly remarkable (5,258 Yards on less than 1,00 carries, a Heisman Trophy Winner).
I say bring the dude in, let him mentor the youngsters and let's see if he can work out with them. Worst-case scenario you could finally put his dreams to sleep or maybe you could just find yourself a starting running back!
