As DawgNation fans along with Ram fans drool at the chance that Todd Gurley may be making his return sooner than later. The rehab for Todd Gurley's ACL tear is progressing to the point where Gurley is eyeing next month's training camp for his return to the field.
"That's is definitely a goal that i'm shooting for," Gurley told NFL media from the NFL Rookie Symposium Wednesday night. Gurley has been sidelined for nearly seven and a half month after sustaining his injury. Gurley has been restricted mostly to rehab workouts during the Rams offseason, but did participate in some light walkthroughs in OTA's.

Given Jeff Fisher's preference I think Gurley would get his fair share of the workload running the ball. At the very least Fisher would let Gurley and Tre Mason create a one-two punch for defenders. I really think they would really like to ease him into the flow taking alot of pressure off of newly aquired Quarterback Nick Foles.
I can tell you this, you can't rush greatness. I have no doubt that Gurley will be ready when his number is called.
