WHY GEORGIA FOOTBALL IS SO GREAT

Just sitting in Sanford Stadium is electrifying! When the Dawgs are giving it all they’ve got. If you talk to anyone around the Great State of Georgia they will most certainly tell you the Georgia Football is their favorite season of the year. As die hard Dawg fans we wake up on Saturday, get all dressed up in our classiest red and black gear, tailgate like it's our job and then walk to the one and only Sanford Stadium to cheer on our the almighty Bulldogs.

But the choosen one's who get the previlege to cheer on our beloved Dawgs BETWEEN the hedges are always in for a treat and dawggy treat at that. To the common Georgia fan, cheerleaders are a central part of the spirit and atmosphere of the game. They lead us in the chill-inducing stadium wide cheer of “GEORGIA... BULLDOGS.” Those two simple words will send the stadium into a all out frenzy of screaming students, alumni and Dawg fan alike.

For those who wear the red and black uniforms, it can be even more fun. When being energetic and cheerful is your job you’re bound to have a damn good time. Games like the Auburn game last November and the Bama game this year are exhilarating for the Nation.We can’t help but feed off the energy of the crowd and dance as if 92,000 people aren’t watching the dawgs get after that ass. This is why Georgia Football is so great.
